Over the years I have tried many different things to look after myself a bit better, and I believe that a good bit of self care can go a long way to help with life’s many stresses. It doesn’t have to be something big, sometimes something as simple as looking up at the stars or crossing something off the to-do list makes me feel a whole lot better.
